1. Make propylene glycol or glycerol or ethylene glycol together with water into a small liquid package. The weight ratio is 70%-85% of water and 15%-30% of propylene glycol or glycerol or ethylene glycol. The liquid sachets are first put into bags made of nylon film.

3. Put superabsorbent resin or sodium polyacrylate (ammonium) or CMC into the nylon film bag, the weight percentage is 0.5%-5% of the total weight.
4. Use a high temperature pressing machine to seal the nylon film bag tightly.
It is used immediately without cooling for the first time, which not only has the effect of instant cooling, but also has the comfort of gel. The feeling and state of using it are completely different from the previous instant cooling ice packs.
When it is used for the second time, it is directly placed in the refrigerator to cool, and when needed, it can be taken out and used at any time. It has the function of storing cold and heat, and it feels comfortable to use. It immediately evolves from an instant ice pack to a gel ice pack.
